Regulations
on formalizing the scientific articles of the electronic magazine and
submitting them for the publication

Article Requirements:
- Submitted articles should not have been previously published in other
publications. The topic of the article should have important, scientific novelty.
The body of the text of the article
The length of the text of the article should be between 5 and 10 pages,
including spaces and references.
The format of the text of the article
- In Times New Roman, 14-point font, it should be located to the center of the
page according to the width of the text;
- margin on each side of the page - 2 cm, line spacing - 1.5 pt
Structure of the text of the article
The text of the article should be submitted in one of the Turkmen, Russian or
English languages.
• Heading (in Times New Roman, 16-point font, semi-black, it should be located
in the middle of the page);
• Full name and surname of the author of the article, information about the
author - academic titles, academic degrees, position, place of work/study (name
of the institution) (in Times New Roman, font 14, semi-black font, it should be
located on the left side of the page, one line after the title should be omitted);
Abstract should be in three languages - Turkmen, English, Russian. Abstract
should be fully relevant to the content of the work. The size of the text of the
abstract should not exceed 1.5 pt and 0.5 pages. The title of the article should be in
Times New Roman, 14-point font, semi-black, centered on the page, with one line
after the information about the author.
Number of the keywords should be from 1 to 10 and should be placed below the
abstract. Keywords should be written after the entry "Keyword" on the same line,
after the text.
• Authors' contact information (Indicated in the “Full name” reference on the
home page, the author or authors' surname, first name, patronymic, and e-mail
address should be indicated);
Rules for preparing the list of references
• The list of references should be placed at the end of the article and should be
headed "Literature".
• Each source in the list of references should be written on a new line. All works
are listed in alphabetical order. Literature in the Turkmen language should be given
first, followed by literature in foreign languages, and then electronic resources.
Citation of references
When the literature is cited in the text, the information about it is given in "[]".
