International cooperation

The international relations are appropriately maintained at Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages.

I. The foreign higher educational establishments cooperating in the field of science and education within the frameworks of the Memorandums

Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages concluded the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of science and education with 5 foreign higher educational establishments:

  1. Ferdowsi University of Mashhad;
  2. The Uzbek State University of World Languages;
  3. Hankuk University of Foreign Studies of the Republic of South Korea;
  4. Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages;
  5. Tsukuba University of Japan. 

     II. Foreign teachers

In 2024-2025 academic year, 4 foreign teachers are working at Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages.

1. Based on the “Agreement between Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and the Korea Foundation”, since September 15, 2023, Ho Young Hwang, the Korean language teacher, the citizen of the Republic of Korea, has been working in the Department of Far Eastern Languages of the Faculty of Oriental Languages and Literature.  

2. Since December, 2022 Ito Hiroshi and Kasu Naruhito, the specialists of the Japanese Foundation, have been working in the Department of Far Eastern Languages of the Faculty of Oriental Languages and Literature of Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages.  

3. Based on the “Agreement on cooperation in the field of provision with the Chinese language teachers between Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and China Linguistic Education and Cooperation Center”, from March 6, 2024, Chen Wenying, the Chinese language teacher, the citizen of the People’s Republic of China, works in the Department Far Eastern Languages of the Faculty of Oriental Languages and Literature. 

III. Visits of the students to the foreign countries.

1. The students of the Japanese language specialty of the Faculty of Oriental Languages and Literature participate in the study program announced annually by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan and gain the right to study at the Japanese universities for one year.

2. The students of the Hindi language specialty of our institute regularly participate in a one-year study program to learn Hindi at the Hindi Language Center Institute in Agra, the Republic of India.  

3. The students of the German language specialty of the Faculty of European Languages and Literature participate in the program of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and they gain the right to study in one-month summer language courses
