The Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, as an institute representing unity of the great past, happy present and bright future of the Tarkmen people, is based on exemplary principles aimed at the prosperity and development of our independent country and modern Turkmen society. Respect for democracy, unity and solidarity is the unbreakable pillar of the state and the principle of statehood that has played an important role in achieving great progress and implementing grandiose transformations in our country.
The political system of Turkmenistan has achieved sustainable development thanks to the concern of our Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who does great work on strengthening the foundations of the state, and is based on democratic values under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
Every year, on the eve of independence Day, a meeting of the Hallk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan is held to sum up the achievements and work done. Its participants discuss the main issues for the comprehensive development of our country. This year, the Halk Maslahaty will be held at the Maslahat Palace in the Turkmen capital on September 23.
The agenda of the meeting of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, held on July 15 and chaired by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, included a wide range of issues on the holding of the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan and the 35th anniversary of independence. May the lofty ideals of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and our Hero Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov prevail in the year, being held under the motto Independent Neutral Turkmenistan is the Home of Purposeful Winged Horses!
