Bilateral Documents on Cooperation in Science and Education were signed between Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and Prestigious, Foreign Professional Educational Institutions
In the Epoch of Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, under the wise leadership of our esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar who successfully continues the great initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the People’s Council of Turkmenistan our Hero-Arkadag, bilateral cooperation in the field of science and education is further developing due to the policy of neutrality, good neighborliness and “Open Doors”. Because strengthening and expanding cooperation in science and education with the world countries is one of the main principles of the foreign policy of our Independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan.
On October 10, in the International Year of Peace and Trust a ceremony to sign bilateral documents in the field of science and education between Turkmenistan and several foreign higher educational establishments took place in Ashgabat within the framework of the “Healthcare, Education and Sports in the Epoch of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State” International Exhibition and Scientific Conference.
In particular, the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding between Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and Norwich Institute for Language Education of the United Kingdom and the Agreement on Academic and Cultural Cooperation between Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and the Faculty of Philosophy III – Pedagogical Sciences of the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg of the Federal Republic of Germany is the another important stage in the cooperation of our higher educational establishment with prestigious foreign professional educational institutions in the field of science and education.
Signed Memorandum and Agreement aim to exchange accumulated experience, expand educational programmes, create joint educational and scientific initiatives, activate harmonious integration of the Parties in the scientific community and use its innovative achievements in the field of education, establish direct and mutually beneficial cooperation in the fields of education, science and culture, establish free access to library resources in accordance with the internal regulations of the relevant libraries, increase the efficiency of educational, scientific and methodological work, strengthen and develop academic relations and cooperation in the field of training and retraining of professors and teachers of the higher educational establishments, promote cultural, educational and technological exchange, support joint scientific, research and educational work in the field of mutual interest, exchange teachers, scientists, researchers, students, data and relevant scientific publications, organize joint training courses, scientific conferences, seminars, symposiums and other academic events and develop mutual relations between countries in this field.
At the same time, documents pave the way not only for expanding cooperation between two countries, but also for the developing international scientific relations and for professors, young scientists, and students to acquire new experience.

It signifies a new stage in the large-scale work aimed at implementing the strategic tasks of our higher educational establishment, training highly qualified specialists, improving the national educational system and bringing it up to world standards.
The ceremony is of particular importance in terms of the successful development of the education policy of Turkmenistan at the international level, increasing the enthusiasm of youth for science and improving the education system in line with international standards.
