About the second issue of the electronic journal “Problems of Philology”
The second issue of the electronic scientific journal “Problems of Philology”, established by Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages with the aim of promoting and popularizing the socio-economic, cultural and humanitarian reforms being implemented in our country, which is moving towards the heights of development as a result of the tireless efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, our Hero Arkadag and our Hero Arkadagly Serdar and the ancient rich cultural and spiritual values of our people, and the achievements of Turkmen science in the years of Independence, and spreading them into the world and inspiring with the words of our sçientist Arkadag: “The source of our blessed and happy life is inseparably linked with the development of science and education,” and guiding young people to science, supporting the creative research of students, postgraduate students, candidates, and young scientists, encouraging them to engage in scientific research, and making a worthy contribution to the development of the national education and science sector in the Revival Epoch the New Era of the Powerful State has been published.
In this issue of the journal article devoted to important issues of social sciences, linguistics, literary studies, lingua didactics, and pedagogy, entitled “Turkmenistan - UNESCO: multifaceted cooperation is intensifying” written by Chynar Rustemova, the Executive Secretary of the National Commission of Turkmenistan, for UNESCO, the article entitled “Concern for the Young is the Guarantee of a Bright Future” written by Bahar Seyidova, the Head of the Committee for Science, Education, Culture and Youth Policy of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, the article entitled “Studying of the Turkmen Language in Turkey”, written by Ayşe Ilker, Professor, Doctor of Philology, Dean of the Faculty of Human Relations and Social Sciences of Jelal Bayar Manisa University, Republic of Turkey, the article entitled “Research Methods for the Study of Childhood: A Brief Introduction” written by Johanna Mierendorf, Professor of the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, Federal Republic of Germany as well as scientific and methodological articles written by scientific workers, professors and teachers, and young scientists of our country’s scientific and educational institutions, and poems composed by students in honor of the great thinker and classic poet of the Orient, Magtymguly Pyrag were published.
