A new issue of the scientific-methodological electronic journal "Problems of Philology" has been published
The 3rd issue of the scientific-methodological electronic journal "Problems of Philology" of Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages for 2025 was presented to the readers.
The 3rd United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries and the measures taken within its framework were reflected in the first pages of the new issue of the journal.
In this issue, readers can read scientific-methodological articles related to the legal foundations of Turkmen Neutrality, the doctrine of peace and trust of Neutral Turkmenistan, and the role of language policy in ensuring peace in the world.
The articles comprehensively describe the foreign policy of the state based on the principles of cooperation, trust and friendship, the initiatives of the common good, the age-old traditions of peace, goodwill, humanism, hospitality of our people, the role of the family in the Turkmen principle of statehood, the priority areas of cooperation of UNESCO departments and clubs, the dialogue of the youth of the Central Asian countries: the future directions of cooperation in the International Year of Peace and Trust, in the " International Year of Peace and Trust", when the remarkable 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality is celebrated with great international ceremony. The urgency of the scientific issues raised in these articles attracts the attention of readers.
It can be noted with pride that, considering that the scientific level of the scientific-methodological electronic journal "Issues of Philology" of Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages meets the requirements of the "Procedure for Publishing Types of Publications in Scientific and Educational Fields" approved in 2012 by the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan in agreement with the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Higher Attestation Committee of Turkmenistan, it was included in the "List of Scientific Journals and Publications Published in Turkmenistan, Recommended for Presentation of the Main Scientific Results of Dissertations Prepared for Obtaining Academic Degrees" approved by the Order No. 7 of the Higher Attestation Committee of Turkmenistan dated May 15, 2018, and was added to the collection of the Central Scientific Library of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan for the purpose of presenting it to the readership. This is another clear evidence of the work carried out in our country to create and continuously improve electronic scientific and scientific-methodological journals.
