A new issue of the scientific and methodological electronic journal "Problems of Philology" has been published.

The first issue of the scientific and methodological electronic journal "Problems of Philology" for 2026, published quarterly in Turkmen, English and Russian by Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages, has been made available to the public via the Internet.

The first pages of the journal reflect the significance of the year 2026 being named with the slogan "Independent,  Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan - the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses", and the role of the historical values ​​of the Turkmen people, the pillars of statehood - Independence and Neutrality, as well as our national pride - the Ahal-Teke horses.

Thanks to the purposeful attitude of our Hero Arkadag and esteemed President, the reforms implemented in the education system are opening a wide path for the development of effective cooperation between our country's higher educational institutions and leading educational institutions around the world. Thanks to this, Turkmen and foreign educational workers have the opportunity to regularly express their scientific views and innovative initiatives through international publications.

In this issue of the scientific and methodological electronic journal "Problems of Philology", which is a platform for such opportunities, readers can read articles by the authors that incorporate scientific views on linguistics, the basics of the appropriate use of language resources in translation, the role of artificial intelligence in digital education, modern methods of teaching foreign languages ​​in secondary and higher educational institutions, and the connection of psychology with the educational process.

Thoughts on the issue of literary influence in the work of prominent representatives of Turkmen and foreign literature, the peculiarities of using the works of master writers and poets as didactic guides, and scientific views on the methods used in their analysis further enhance the effectiveness of the articles.

In future issues of the electronic journal, it is planned to present scientific and methodological articles on issues of philology, modern and active teaching methods, linguistics, translation theory and practice, pedagogy and psychology to readers.
