Benevolent Turkmen-Korean Cooperation

In the Epoch of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State under the leadership of our Hero-Arkadag, Arkadagly Hero Serdar benevolent and friendly relations of our state, Independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan with the countries of the world are expanding more and more. Intergovernmental cooperation in the various fields is aimed at the interests of the countries and their peoples.   

As our Arkadagly Hero Serdar points out, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea belong to a single cultural space, the peoples of our countries are close to each other in terms of worldview, culture, and literary principles. It creates favorable foundations for the development of the cultural and humanitarian relations, including scientific and educational cooperation.

At present, the large-scale cooperation in the field of education and science is also successfully conducted between the Republic of Korea and Turkmenistan. Exchange of experience of the specialists and scientists of the two countries is one of the important areas in the development of the Turkmen-Korean humanitarian relations in the field of education and science.   

In 2008, opening specialty of the Korean language at Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages is a vivid evidence of it. The work of the teachers from the Republic of Korea in teaching Korean to the Turkmen youth in this higher educational establishment has a positive result in teaching a foreign language. The establishment of cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Turkmenistan at Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages beginning from the day of opening specialty of the Korean language closely assists the effective conduct of the educational, methodological, and research activities.  

Today, on September 12, 2024 with the participation of the 2-nd level secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Turkmenistan Ms. Chae Minkyung and executive officer of the Embassy Ms. Choi Hyewon the textbooks and dictionaries were presented for the students and teachers of the Korean language specialty.

We, the specialists of the Korean language assure that we will justify the trust of our Hero-Arkadag, Arkadagly Hero Serdar and make our contribution to the development of these relations.
