Humanitarian relations are one of the important directions of bilateral cooperation in Turkmen-Indian cooperation. In this regard, significant attention is paid to expanding cooperation in the field of education, developing direct contacts between higher education institutions of Turkmenistan and India on relevant programs, and building capacity in relevant fields.
Students of the field of pedagogical education (Hindi, Turkmen language and literature) of Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages were sent on a study tour by the Central Institute of Hindi in Agra, India, within the framework of the program “Spreading Hindi Abroad” proposed for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Such programs make a significant contribution to improving the quality of education and strengthening humanitarian relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of India.
