The representatives of youth of Turkmenistan took part at the International Youth Camp "Jastar Generation - 2024”
The Turkmen delegation took part in the International Youth Camp "Jastar Generation - 2024", which was held on September 12-14, 2024 in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. Work of the camp was held on the territory of the picturesque recreational and entertainment camp "Arman Dala".
The event was organized under the auspices of the Youth Wing of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan - the Republican Public Organization "Assembly Youth" and gathered delegates from the youth structural states of Central Asia, young leaders and specialists to exchange experience, discuss modern educational approaches and develop international cooperation.
The teacher of Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages Maksat Bugrayev actively participated in discussions dedicated to innovations in the field of education, development of language skills and intercultural communication within the framework of the camp. Special attention in the program was paid to the issues of integration of digital technologies in the educational process and improvement of foreign language teaching.
As part of a series of events, master classes, trainings on project management, intercultural communication, emotional intelligence, media promotion and other areas were held, the improvement of which will help young promising specialists to implement and promote relevant youth initiatives more effectively.
An important component of the program were thematic interactive events and master classes, organized in a subgroup format. The division of participants into groups allowed Turkmen specialists to clearly observe the improvement of work efficiency during coordinated actions, develop communication skills, increase motivation, identify roles in projects and develop their strengths, as well as expand competence in the field of leadership qualities.
The international youth camp "Jastar Generation - 2024" has become an important platform for establishing new contacts and cooperation between educational institutions of different countries. Participation in such an important international project allows not only to expand professional horizons, but also to improve the quality of teaching in Turkmenistan, using the best practical and innovative solutions.
Moreover, the Turkmen representatives emphasized that the countries of the region are increasingly sharing successful projects, programs and initiatives in the field of youth policy. As an example, it is possible to mention the Memorandum on the establishment of a dialogue between the youth of Central Asia, signed last year at the International Youth Forum "Dialogue - Guarantee of Peace", held in our country in Arkadag city. A joint analysis of the challenges faced by the youth is also carried out, an active search for effective solutions is conducted, and training programs for young specialists working in the field of youth policy are developed and implemented. This year, a special emphasis was placed on the effective support of the youth movement of our country by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero-Arkadag and Esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, included in the context of the adoption of relevant strategic initiatives. It was emphasized that the constructive work in this direction contributes to the successful realization of the multifaceted potential of the Turkmen youth in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State.
The participation of the teacher of the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages in such international initiatives reflects the desire for constant development and introduction of modern educational approaches, which, in turn, contributes to strengthening international educational cooperation and increasing the prestige of the education system of Turkmenistan on the world stage.
