International and national experience of training high-level specialists
A briefing on the theme "International and national experience in training highly educated specialists" with participation of the rector of the "Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University" of the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Alfinur Galiakberova, was held at Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages. The professors and students of our institute attended the meeting. The main comments of the head of the Russian higher educational institution about the future possibilities of further cooperation in the field of exchange of experience were listened to.
One of the main themes of her speech was the issue of ensuring continuity of education. In this regard, A. Galiakberova noted that the relevant system is already functioning in the higher educational institution she heads, and that continuous education in a rapidly changing world helps people to adapt to technological conditions based on digital development. From this point of view, continuous education is also in the focus of our institute, and this issue is constantly studied.
Another important issue that interests the new generation of professionals in the education market is the use of various digital tools that facilitate the work of teachers and pedagogues. Using the new generation of teaching tools and introducing innovative solutions to the teaching methodology is not only an important part of the development strategy of Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University, but also an important part of the development of Dovletmammamet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages. Currently, these two higher education institutions have great opportunities in the field of digital pedagogical tools, and it was emphasized that there are new connections for future cooperation. Rector A. Galiakberova mentioned the pedagogical simulator as an example of innovative solutions and said that it allows future specialists to work directly with virtual classes, improve the skills of leading the teaching process, to try different professional methods and individual methodologies. This system is a positive sign of the creation of a reliable foundation for regular dialogue between the faculties of the two universities, provoking a special interest among the teachers of the language teaching university in Turkmenistan. Another common point of contact was licensing. Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen of National Institute of World Languages as well as Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University aims to license the rich technological arsenal used in education. This opens wide opportunities for conducting high-level joint investigations, since the parties already have the necessary technical capabilities for this. In general, the parties noted that advancing the digital agenda is particularly important in a rapidly changing world, as innovation determines the pace of progress in science and education.
In order to strengthen cooperation, it is important to directly involve all the components of higher education systems, which is possible only through the implementation of large scale initiatives. Here, the high-ranking executive emphasized the importance of joint organization and mutual participation in various Olympiads, intellectual contests, exhibitions, and cultural events aimed at strengthening friendship bridges between higher educational institutions.
Systematic and direct cooperation will make the achievement of the results that both the Russian and Turkmen parties are interested in possible. The harmonious work of the two higher educational institutions will help to advance their efforts to join international ratings such as "University of Three Missions", "Academic Rating of Higher Educational Institutions of the World".
The greatest asset of any higher education institution is its students, i.e., young people who master a wide range of knowledge in various fields of science. Therefore, A. Galiakberova emphasized that the individual approach to education is latest form of education that meets the educational needs of certain students and intellectual groups. In this regard, the development of various individual education programs in various areas of training is one of the promising opportunities.
