Scientific-Methodological Electronic Journal “Issues of Philology” of Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages received International Standard Serial Number (ISSN)

The improvement of the education system, particularly the training of broad-minded, well-educated youth in the era of innovation and development, is one of the main priorities of the state policy pursued by our Esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar. Our Arkadagly Hero Serdar who successfully continues the initiatives of our Hero Arkadag, pays much attention to the implementation of large-scale measures to develop the scientific system to form the strong scientific foundation focused on the bright future of our country.

In this regard, based on the tasks set in the “The Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the Socio-Economic Development of the Country for 2022–2028” and “The Program for the Digitalization of the Science System in Turkmenistan for 2020–2025” to implement the measures concerning to the creation and   continuous improvement of electronic-scientific and scientific-methodological journal on the internet, at Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages scientific- methodological electronic journal “Issues of Philology” which published three times a year in Turkmen, English, and Russian received the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN 3079-9449) which enables the identification of newspapers, journals, and periodicals in both print and electronic formats to this journal demonstrates the clear evidence of the special attention given in our country to the implementation of the  reforms in the field of science and education and raising it to the level of international standards.

Thanks to the professionalism of the authors of the articles and the comprehensive profound analysis of issues related to philology and linguistics provided sample opportunities to the scientific methodological electronic journal “Issues of Philology” published by Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages, to quickly become a popular publication not only within our country but also beyond its borders in a short period of time.
