Within the framework of such great opportunities created for young people to receive education at the international level and to enhance their language proficiency and professional skills, the students of the Institute actively participate in international practicum programmes. As part of these opportunities, the international educational practicum programme is being successfully implemented at a high level within the framework of the Agreement on Academic and Cultural Cooperation between the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and the Faculty of Philosophy III – Educational Sciences of Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg.
Based on the bilateral agreement, from 29 June to 12 July 2026, 15 active and talented students majoring in the German language at the Faculty of European Languages and Literature have been given the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and practical skills through a professional practicum held at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, located in the city of Halle, Federal Republic of Germany.
The main objective of the educational practicum programme is to develop the students’ practical German language proficiency and pedagogical competencies. During the training period, the students complete an intensive speaking practice course consisting of a total of 72 hours. It provides them with great opportunities to become acquainted with modern linguistic methods and to master new practices in the field of education. At the same time, the mutually beneficial and coordinated opportunities for cooperation in the field of education create a strong impetus for conducting joint scientific research in future, organizing exchanges of experience among professors and teachers, and further enhancing the academic mobility of students.
This internationally organized practicum programme is of great importance in enabling the professors, teachers, and students of the Institute to benefit from the world’s leading scientific and pedagogical experience, implement modern educational opportunities, and further strengthen the friendly, cultural, and humanitarian relations between the Turkmen and German nations.
